End of Year Financial Checklist
As we near the end of year its a good time to make sure you make sure you're good to go with your finances ✅ Here are some (but not all!) to keep in mind: Put funds in your HSA account (if eligible) the max contribution for families is $6900, for individuals its $3,450 before taxes. Realize any capital gains losses (they can be used up to $3,000 against ordinary income as well) Max out your 401k (if possible) Contribute to your 529 plan (if you have kids or grandkids) And of course make sure to donate to charity before December 31!

Stay cool! Remodeling often has snags and surprises - keep your cool and focus on the finish line!

Summers officially arriving. Its long days filled with barbecues and trips to the beach. But its halfway through the year so its a good time for a financial checkup. We recommend making a ledger of income and expenses. We also recommend using the left overs from the barbecue on Sunday for lunch during the week! And if there's a rain-out new on Netflix this month is Thor, Tarzan and Star Wars - the last Jedi!
