It's July and if you haven't noticed summer is in full swing! 🏄♀️ (Make sure you enjoy it as it will be over before you know it it:) Here are a few tips as we enter peak BBQ season: 🔥 1. Make sure you wait for the coals to get fully lit before you start cooking (that means they should have a layer of ash around them) 2. Get creative - did you know you can barbecue fruits and vegetables? BBQ peach with some balsamic vinegar is a tasty treat that will impress the hipsters!
